Arjuna Fast Cruise is a service provider company engaged in Sea Transportation, Land, Logistics and Restaurant (beach club). Sea Transportation Company provides fast service to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, Gili Meno and Bangsal (Lombok). In addition, it also provides fast service from Sanur to Nusa Penida and Nusa Penida to Sanur. The company was founded initially as a logistics company and expanded into sea travel, land and restaurant. Arjuna Fast Cruise is under PT. Arjuna Satria Dewata, which has been established as a new PT since 2022. It was founded by Mr. I Kadek Wardika. The previous logistics business has been running since 2012

  1. What facilities are served on board?

  1. What safety equipment is on board?

PT. Arjuna Satria Dewata is a company that offers fast boats transfer services from Bali to Gili Islands and Lombok. Arjuna Fast Cruise are made from fiber with a new sport model, engine with large horse power that guarantees speed and accuracy of sailing time, certified captain and crew, life jacket, life rafts, ship to shore radio, throw rings, firefighting equipment AISCE. The Electronic position Indicating Beacon sends out a distress signal automatically for at least three days after being immersed in water, for detection by rescue services.

  1. How much baggage can I bring on board?

Up to 25 kg check in (of usual proportions) and a hand carry baggage

If you are coming from/going to north and east of central Bali depart/arrive the best choice is port Amed Bali in front of Green Lemon Restaurant

  1. If I sometimes get sea sick, what should I do?

We provide first Aid Kit. And you look out the window and stay focused on the horizon

  1. How long is the boat trip and road trip to or from the harbor?

This is depends on time of day and how many guest are being pick up and dropped off. From area Amed we free pick up. The guest have been pick up for the early 08.30 am. But for Tulamben and Lovina Area the quest set it them self.

  1. I have a connecting flight out of Bali is8 in the evening, will I make it on time?

It is again the risk of your trip here. We can’t be petrified if there’s a case like this. We always recommend traveling the day before your homebound flight for peace of mind, especially in peak season when alternate means of transport are usually full if the trip is cancelled for any reason

  1. How if I want to change my travel dates or cancel my trip?

Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, and technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbour Master

  1. Is there a risk of cancellation due to bad weather, of force majeure, and what happens?

Arjuna Fast Cruise reserves the right to cancel a booking and change the schedule without any liability to the passenger due to major problem with the vessel, bad weather, and technical issue, safety concerns related to passenger and/or crew or by direction from the Indonesian Government and/or Harbour Master

Arjuna Fast Cruise shall not be liable for damages or losses that may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. Arjuna Fast Cruise shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation, connecting flights or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expense so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger

  1. How should I make a reservation and pay the ticket?

You can come to our office at Amed and at Sanur anytime from 08.00am to 09.00 pm to pay the ticket for online reservation, or you can online reservation. Online reservation is the best option.

  1. Do you offer discount or special offers on your trips?

Yes, we usually has various promotions thought the year from 15% until 25% discount for online booking and offline booking. We are has a package tour too.

  1. Are you has a free pick up in harbor area?

Of course, we are has free pick up for amed area.

  1. Can you pick me up and drop me off at my hotel in Nusa Penida and Gili Lombok?

At nusa penida we are has a time to pick up you. But at Gilli there is no car or motorcycle, you will use bicycle or cidomo to around the Gili.

  1. Can I bring animals on board the ships?

We are sorry, for bring animal is not allowed on board the ship
